Tozandoshop.com in it’s current form and design has been around for about 3 years now, and in that time, a lot has happened. Technology-wise, the use of smartphones and tablets have increased when viewing the internet and shopping, not to mention to send inquiries to us and the security needs when shopping online has also increased. Also, the amount of products we are selling and the degree of customization we are offering have increased significantly. As such our customer base and the way our customers are using our website have no doubt changed a lot in the past 3 years.
So for a while now, behind the scenes, the Tozando staff have been working hard on a new and more streamlined design for Tozandoshop, to better accommodate for users who use smartphones and tablets to view Tozando, and also to upgrade the system itself to make our work more efficient and reliable. After getting your feedback about the current homepage, we have decided to make the new website more accessible and clear, making it easier to navigate around the online shop and finding what you want while also providing powerful tools to narrow down and search for your product. We can also tell you that after experiencing numerous problems with our mail-server the past year we have decided to take this chance change the mail-server also, and we sincerely hope that the new design and system will provide an overall better user experience for you customers!
Since we are closing in on the final stages of the implementation of the new design, we want you to know that there might be some interruptions in the service on the website, but we are trying to keep the disturbances as few as possible. We will keep you posted on our Facebook page if we notice something significant. Also, as we are planning to make the actual upgrade around the beginning of October, and because of this, there might be a few hours of maintenance when you will not be able to access the page, but we will of course make a announcement once we know the definite date!
Lastly, just as a reminder, please note that the Tozando office will be closed during the 19th-23rd of September due to consecutive public holidays, as mentioned in our previous news post, and regular support/order processing will resume on the 24th (Thursday). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will make sure to get back to you about your orders, questions and other inquiries as soon as we get back to the office!
