How do I modify my order?


To modify any current orders, you need to contact our customer service, provide them with your order number and what you want to modify. As long as the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, there is usually no problems doing this. However, for example Iaito, we can only accept modifications according to our terms and conditions. Also for other custom/tailor-made products, we can’t do any modifications once the order has been processed and the production has begun.
