Why am I not receiving any reply to my email?


Our staff will usually get back to you within 3 regular business days or as fast as possible. Naturally, as a Japanese company, we have Japanese holidays, so during these holidays we might not be able to reply to your e-mail.

Please note that we receive hundreds of e-mails each day and that these are replied to in the order they came in, so do not worry if it takes a day or so to receive your reply.

If you have not received an reply from us after 3 business days, please check your “spam” mail so that our e-mails are not mistakenly sent there.
