Do your customer support speak my language?

The Tozando International Staff that are in-charge of taking care of the orders and customer support all comes from different backgrounds and at the moment we can supply customer support in English, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Korean, Swedish and of course Japanese.

However, please be reminded that our database system does unfortunately not support special characters, so we will not be able to read any e-mails in for example Korean or Japanese as this will result in so called ‘Mojibake’.

So for e-mails it’s always safest to use English. But of course, if we do not properly receive your message, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
