As those of you that have been following us on Facebook know what this is about. We recently found out that there was some major problems with our mail server, which caused us not to receive some of the e-mails sent to us during the 22nd of September to the 2nd of October (as far as we are aware of at the moment). These problems were caused by our mail provider which recently updated their systems to encourage higher security for it’s users, including us of course. Unfortunately, this unknowingly to use caused the system to stop importing the new e-mails into our systems, and that’s why we did not receive most of the e-mails sent withing the above mentioned period.
This problem has now been completely solved as far as we know, and we have forwarded all the e-mails that we did not receive during the 22nd of September to the 2nd of October, however, because of the huge amount of e-mails, it will take a few days to answer all your e-mail.
We would like to convey our sincere apologies that so many customers did not get any replies to their e-mails for so long, we will do our best to reply to you as soon as possible. If there is any customer that did not get any reply even before the above mentioned period, we ask you to please send your e-mail again. We are very sorry for the inconvenience cause by this problem, and we promise that we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.
