Why is the status of my order “processing”

The “processing” status could mean a lot of different things, for example, it could mean that we are processing or have processed your order and it’s under production or that we are preparing your order for shipping. It could also mean that some of the products in your order is not in stock and we are waiting for it to get back in stock.

However, please note that the “processing” status is more for administrative purposes for the staff at Tozando, thus it might not accurately reflect the status of your order. If you have received a mail with a estimated shipping date for your order, this means that we have processed your order. But for products that have long production time, please refer to your estimated shipping date to get a hint of the status of your order.
